Import Wizard for Accounts/Contacts:
Use Import My A/C & Contacts wizard to import accounts and contacts for multiple users in your organization. You must be a salesforce.com administrator to use this wizard.

Follow the below simple steps to import data into objects:
Step:1
Click to My Settings> Import > Import My A/C & Contacts click on then you can see Import My A/C & Contacts Wizard on this page. go to down and see "Start the Import Wizard" link, click on this button.
Step:2
The salesforce.com Import Wizard will guide you through the process of importing accounts and contacts into salesforce.com. Then Select a data source and Click on Next.

Step:3
Browse .CSV file select You wish to import and click on Next.
Step:4
Select the field in your import file that should be imported into each salesforce.com field.(Contact Mapping) You can map the same field multiple times if necessary.Once you have finished, click Next.
Step:5
Select the field in your import file that should be imported into each salesforce.com field. (Account Mapping) Make sure to select the checkbox below if you want existing account data in salesforce.com to be updated with data in your import file. Once you have finished, click Next.
Step:6
Finally it will show the list of columns that have not been mapped to a salesforce.com field. Check the columns you would like to include in the contact or account.Then click on Import now.
It will take some time to import data.after finishing the job you can see the list of records in Account Tab.
