how to create custom objects in salesforce

        So for we learn how to create an application in salesforce. After creation of application we need to add system objects like Accounts,contacts,leads...etc. and you can also create custom objects satisfying your requirements.
 Object:
       Object is defines so many ways based on the language.what is a object exactly in salesforce. In salesforce object is a data base table.and fields are called as columns.
Follow the below steps to create a custom object.
1. Enter the UserName and Password to enter your salesforce account.
2. Than select Setup-->app setup-->Create-->New custom object.

3. Then Click on New custom object button.It will show below screen. Then enter values and click save.

Custom_object
Custom object information:
Label: Label is for display name of tab,page layout and reports.
                Ex: Student
Plural label: Same label  name plural name. 
               Ex:Students 
It's shown in below figure.

 Object Name: The object name is used whenever referencing the object via the api.(it will comes in development)
               Ex:Student
Description: Write a description about your object.
Context-sensitive Help Settings: This is for help page.default is set to standard salesforce.com help& training window.You can change to custom  s-controls  or custom visualforce pages.
Content Name: Here select the s-control or visualforce page to display. 
It's shown in below figure.

Enter record name lable and Format:
Record Name: Whenever create a new custom object automatically one file is created.Here name your field.You can't delete this field. and its having only two data types Text or Auto Number.
Data Type: Select a data type Text or Auto Number.

Optional Features: 
Allow Reports: You can mention this object allows Reports or not.   
Allow Activities: You can mention this object allows Activities or not.
Available for Customer Portal: You can mention this object Available for customer portal or not.
Track Field History: You can mention this object allows Tracking or field history or not.

Deployment Status:
In Development: If you want to keep this custom object and its associated elements hidden from users while you are developing and testing.
Deployed: When you are ready to let users see and interact with your custom application.
After a custom object is deployed, if you want to make further enhancements or changes to it, change the Deployment Status back to "In Development".

Object creation Options:
Add google Docs,Notes,and Attachments related list to default page layout: You can add google docs,notes,and attachments in this object related list.
Launch New Custom Tab Wizard after saving this custom object: You can check the box to open the tab creation wizard window. Otherwise You can go tab section to create the tab for this object.
4. Check on  Save button to Finish the custom object creation.
